kommts mir nur so vor oder sind Reps 3 und 4 formtechnisch nicht SOO geil?
Sein Arsch geht wesentlich zu schnell nach oben im Vergleich zu seinem Rücken imo.
Als ich auf der Facebook Page von Mehdi nur iregndwas zu seiner Technik gesagt habe kam "you are being rude, this is not a performance check blablabla". raus aus der fanschaft, is mir zu behindert. der rest himmelt den nur an lol, super spackos.
Adam Pierce_ Personally think the form could be far more controlled, although it is a high weight and thus i guess some leeway should be given, but that looks like an injury waiting to happen. impressive weight though.

Sami Umadbro_ Anyhow, his butt goes up to fast, his back doesn't go upwards that fast, doesn't look healthy from technique.

StrongLifts.com_ Mehdi's form is fine, his lower back and knees are healthy, and he's not posting this as a form check. Please refrain from posting unsolicited advice, you're being rude. Rather ask why he Squats that way so you can actually learn a thing or two on how to squat.
