Die Proleague hat sogar Watchtower auf ihren eigenen Maps
Und die Mapmaker haben auch gesagt,dass Watchtower wichtig sind weil das Spiel viel schneller ist.
Aber was stimmt ist, das Antiga und Entombed deswegen total schlecht ist (und wegen anderer Gründe). Was mir fehlt und was ich auch in dem Thread selbst schon geschrieben hab sind die Experimente mit den Towern. Da kann man Unmengen mit anstellen.

they are ok if you cant see evcery walking path on the map when controlling one tower. thats a huge indicator for a bad map. look at cloud kingdom for example. its awesome because the towers doesnt give that much of vision. you can always go a way where the watchtower isnt revealing everything that is going on.
so:
they arent used properly on some maps (mostly blizzard maps).
they shouldnt be removed. but what about the experiments like you need to kill rock to control it? or it blows up after some minutes.
what about:
-it goes "offline" after X time used for 2-3 minutes.
-the watchtower can be destroyed
-the watchtower looses sight constantly (the radius is decreasing more and more until its offline or blows up)
-you pay minerals/gas for using it
-it costs supply to control a watchtower
etc etc
lets keep improving"
