Tips remove CrackerBox.ex

eine Bekannte hat sich mit Crackerbox.exe verseucht,
naja und das Teil läßt sich nicht kicken habe schon die üblichen Sachen versucht = AntiVirus mit neuer Def rennen lassen, Adaware rüber flitzen lassen. Alle Tools finden den Mist auch aber jedesmal wenn es ums killen geht, bootet die Mist Kiste einfach neu

Die Reg durchforstet und alles was damit im Zusammenhang erscheint gekickt...trotzdem hängt das Teil noch irgentwo rum.
Hat einer ne Idee wie ich diesen Trojaner kicken kann?
Im Taskmanager kein aktiver Prozess erkennbar der auf den Trojaner hinweisen könnte, Autostartsauber und google ist nicht sehr hilfreich gewesen leider also über Tips sehr dankbar

To scan for and delete the infected files:

1. Obtain the most recent virus definitions. There are two ways to do this:
Run LiveUpdate, which is the easiest way to obtain virus definitions. These virus definitions have undergone full quality assurance testing by Symantec Security Response and are posted to the LiveUpdate servers one time each week (usually Wednesdays) unless there is a major virus outbreak. To determine whether definitions for this threat are available by LiveUpdate, look at the Virus Definitions (LiveUpdate) line at the top of this write-up.
Download the definitions using the Intelligent Updater. Intelligent Updater virus definitions have undergone full quality assurance testing by Symantec Security Response. They are posted on U.S. business days (Monday through Friday). They must be downloaded from the Symantec Security Response Web site and installed manually. To determine whether definitions for this threat are available by the Intelligent Updater, look at the Virus Definitions (Intelligent Updater) line at the top of this write-up.

2. Start your Symantec antivirus program, and make sure that it is configured to scan all files.

Symantec Enterprise antivirus products: Read the document How to verify a Symantec Corporate antivirus product is set to scan All Files.
3. Run a full system scan.
4. If any files are detected as infected by Trojan.Crabox, click Delete.

Hi Ghost, habe das Ding auch an unserem Institut schon entfernt und kann sagen, dass dieses Rebootverhalten nicht aufgetaucht ist, ich wuerde es nicht dem Virus zuschreiben.

danke für die Info...habe mich auch über dieses Rebooten gewundert kommt ganz unvermutet und wird auch nirgentwo beschrieben.
Norton AV findet zwei Dateien die sich aber nicht reparieren bzw isolieren lassen im System32 ach ja das OS ist XP.

Na wenn es nicht anders geht werde ich das XP mal neuaufsetzten und der Süßen mal vorher den Kopf waschen zwecks runterladen von unbekannten Dateien

Hi,

ich helfe immer gern!

Wenn du weißt wie die Dateien heißen und wo sie sind, dann starte im DOS-Modus (mit F8) und lösch sie!
Wenn du nicht in den DOS-Modus kommst, dann nimm eine Win98 Startdiskette dafür!
