shockwave stürzt immer ab, chrome

yo hi.

Seit geraume Zeit stürzt bei mir der Shockwave Player ständig ab, besonders wenn ich bei youtube videos immer hin und her springen mit dem sucher, aber auch manchmal wenn ich ein video von start schauen will.
hab auch mal die aktuelle version geladen, aber eben kam es schon wieder und langsam nervt es.

nutze chrome 16.0 und shockwave..naja das aktuelle halt.

Jemand ne idee? Und bitte keine sachen vonwegen browser wechseln oder ähnlichem.

gibts eigtl auch ne alternative zum shockwave?

Das ist ein bekanntes Problem, Google arbeitet an nem Patch. Du könntest auf HTML5 umstellen, das sollte helfen (zumindest bei youtube). http://www.youtube.com/html5

UPDATE 29-01-2012: The issue is still happening but an official Google employee posted this message on the chrome support forum "Everyone else - We've been able to reproduce this now, and are actively working on a fix. It's not specific to updating Flash or not. Please sit tight while we work on the fix...". So we're probably going to see an update here soon in Google Chrome that fixes this crash. In the meantime, if the HTML5 thingy still didn't work for you here's another tip, thanks to a commenter on Reddit: "For me the issue was multiple flash plugins, if you go to "chrome://plugins" there should be an entry for Flash. If you have the same issue I had, you should see it say "Flash (2 files)". You can then proceed by clicking the details button in the top right and disabling the oldest listed flash plugin. I went from constant crashes to zero since I fixed it a few days ago. I hope this helps. If you have 2 of the same version, disable the one in the C:WindowsSysWOW64 path."

Hab das jetzt mit HTML5 mitgemacht. Läuft das jetzt automatisch bei dem video?

Jo, aber gibt auch Ausnahmen.

Videos with ads are not supported (they will play in the Flash player)
