Da ich wie man evtl weiss pgtour ganz nett finde, aber aus bereits viel genannten Gründen dort selber nicht mehr Spiele muss ich hier mal bissl '' werbung '' machen..




What is coming on PGTour

Well, we are working hard to improve everything. Here are what is coming soon:


1. New Rating System
We already changed it to make it easier for people to play each other. For more information about new rating system, please read it here.

The first effect of this is that it will be possible now to catchup with high ranked players since they are sitting on their rank for a few now. Unless they start playing again, you will be able to catch them up. The new system is made so it is almost impossible to sit on your rank anymore.

2. BETA Season ending soon
We are considering this Season as a BETA Season and it should end very soon. Then the first real Season will start. At the end of this BETA Season, we will hold a 64 man tournament for the top 64 players and the grand winner will receive a free spot in the first ISL and have a chance to win one of the first Ladder Season Prizes.

3. Season one with prizes starting soon
Season ONE will start soon (in a week or two) and we are working to get some very nice prizes for the top 3 winners of the ISL. The exact amount will be announced soon but for now, just lets say that you will really not be deceived!

4. Tournament almost everyday
We will start on weekends only but our goal is to host 2 tournaments/day (to accomodate all time zone) on every day of the week with Ladder Points as prizes. These tournaments will have to be played on One on One mode and each day will be for a different rank (D+, C-, C, etc).

5. Moving to a full dedicated server
To make sure that the server can handle any amount of players, we are about to move BNet-X and the PGTour website to a complete dedicated server soon. We will have to take everything down for approximately 24 hours but we think it will be worth the wait because it will improve your BNet-X experience a lot!

Ich sags nochmal, als ich dort gespielt habe.. weiss nicht obs noch so ist, war dort viel mehr skill als auf wgtour..

jeder hat seine eigene meinung...
und bei wgt ist es klar dass in den unteren regionen keine gescheiten spielstände zustande kommen da ist c6 ungefär so wie bei pgtour 800 nur dass man bei pgtour eben nicht immer ganz unten anfängt sondern schon auf 1000 und dadurch nicht sofort auf die schlechtesten trifft

Als du gespielt hast Phil (ich hab da auch gespielt) war PGT noch grad neu, d.h dass auch gute Spieler unten mitspielen. Deswegen ist es dir(und mir)so vorgekommen dass das Niveau auch höher als WGT ist, was auch so _war_. ATM ist wgt down und PGT ist recht aktiv. (>100 spieler).
Nur spielen die Guten atm ja oben( das Ganze filtert sich ja nach einer zeit). Deswegen ist es vom Niveau aus eigentlich das Selbe wie WGT. Anfangs sehr leicht wird aber bei höheren Ränke schwer. Soll aber nicht heissen, dass bei WGT schwächere Spieler spielen, sind ja immer die Selben, nur halt bei WGT spielen die ganz oben. Versuch mal jetzt auf PGT zu spielen Phil, dann weisst du warum ich behauptet habe dass dort recht schwache Gegner sind,natürlich kann es mal sein, das man auch bei 1000 einen guten Gegner trifft, was bei PGT jetzt wo WGT down ist auch wahrscheinlich ist.

Und ich finde die Änderungen auch gut, und wenn PGT aktiv wird wie JETZT. Dann kann ich es jedem stark empfehlen.

1. Neues Rating system. Das ELO system wurde abgeschaffen dafür eins ähnliches wie WGT=> Mehr spiele, da es nicht mehr Rating abh. ist.

2.Aufeinmal ist diese Saison eine Beta Saison die bald zuende ist.

3.Season 1 mit preise

4.Turniere fast jeden tag.

5.PGT wird auf einen deticated Server umziehen => soll BNET-X angeblich stabiler machen.

Nur hat PGT biss jetzt einfach einen zu schlechten Mappol. Zwar sind das die Maps, die am meisten gespielt werden, doch ich spiel ab und zu auch mal gerne andere Maps.
