PyCharm SSL Modul not available

Hallo allesamt,

zur Zeit versuche ich mir etwas können beim Programmieren anzueignen und da aller Anfang schwer ist, scheitere ich schon beim Einrichten meiner virtuellen Umgebung in PyCharm. Dies funktioniert zwar zunächst, aber sobald ich dann mit Hilfe des pip in der grafischen Oberfläche Packages herunterladen will, bekomme ich immer den selben Fehler, der besagt, dass das SSL-Modul nicht verfügbar ist. Bisher habe ich in Erfahrung gebracht, dass es öfters Probleme gibt, DLLs zu laden, da PyCharm wohl Unsinn mit dem Pfad zu Python treibt. Es gibt wohl einige Work-Arounds (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-34959), da ich allerdings noch nicht ganz verstehe, da mir das Arbeiten mit der Eingabeaufforderung doch eher neu ist Ich nutze Anaconda3, Windows 10 und habe ansonsten alle Version auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Im Conda Prompt funktioniert pip usw. tadellos. Der Fehler scheint also irgendwo bei PyCharm zu liegen.

Eventuell hat ja jemand mit mehr Ahnung mal Lust in den jetbrains-Link zu sehen oder kann mir anderweitig eine Lösung vorschlagen. Bisher bin ich aus der ganzen Sache einfach nicht schlauer geworden.

Hier noch die genaue Fehlermeldung, diese hier als Beispiel, als ich versuchte pip ubzudaten:

hast du mal einfach "import ssl" probiert, eventuell lädt er da was nicht richtig. funzt das updaten auf der sys-umgebung?
warum pycharm?

Das Updaten auf der sys-Umgebung funktioniert problemlos. "Import SSL" muss ich tatsächlich mal versuchen, wie sieht denn da genau Syntax aus?
Ich schaue eben mal durch die IDEs, PyCharm und VisualStudio liest man eben am häufigsten. Zumal, wenn es funktioniert es bei PyCharm mit den virtuellen Umgebungen wohl am komfortabelsten eingerichtet ist. Du hälst wohl nicht viel davon, oder wie soll ich die Frage verstehen?
