"Must have" Alben

Inspiriert vom 10/10 Filme Thread, was für Alben sollte man unbedingt in seinem Plattenschrank haben?

Hängt irgendwie noch mehr vom Geschmack ab, wa?

In Sachen (Post)Hardcore sollte man The Shape of Punk to Come von Refused und Relationship of Command von At the Drive-In haben.
Auf The Fat of the Land von Prodigy find ich eigentlich auch keinen einzigen schlechten Track. Mag man drüber streiten ob die beiden Vorgängeralben "besser" sind, aber The Fat of the Land hat auf jeden Fall die besseren Hits.

Langweilig, aber wohl auch must have:

Beatles - 1 (oder halt Abbey Road, Revolver und Sgt. Pepper alle einzeln)

So sehr ich Dendemann schätze, würde ich das Album sicher nicht als Überflieger bewerten und wenn man es nicht kennt, wird man als Otto-Normal-Hörer auch nicht viel vermissen

Um auch was beizutragen, wobei ich mir sicher bin, daß es sich um ein Leckerbissen der Musikgeschichte handelt:

es gibt keine must have alben, es ist relativ subjektiv, da es davon abhängt was man für musik höhrt, ich habe z.b. keinen bezug zu disco, oder klassik.
ich habe es als 10/10 alben interpretiert und wenn du alben/künstler kennen würdest dann wüstest du, dass ich nicht einfach leichtfertig jeden scheiss aufgelistet habe und es fehlen sicherlich noch dutzende alben...
oder um es anders aszudrücken, für jeden der die betreffenden genres höhrt sind die von mir gelisteten alben quasi "must haves".

//€: pd2 ist als gimmick gelistet, aber ich mag den typen einfach...

ich kenne "nur" 7 alben [aura, sketches of spain, the charlie parker story, miles ahead, live @ montreux, sorcerer und dark magus] von ihm.
meine favoriten unter ihnen sind halt SoS und miles ahead, letzteres ist mir aber wohl in dem momment in dem ich das alles runtergebetet habe entfallen.
