also die 4images Templates sind imho ziemlich unglücklich gemacht, ich hab mir mein Layout drum herum komplett neu geschrieben und einfach die includes gesetzt wo ich sie hinhaben will.
Das allgemeine Layout musst du in _jedem_ Template umschreiben, weil die Pflaumen es nicht gerafft haben das was statisch ist in dem header und footer template zu definieren.
Das kannst du natürlich selbst nachträglich machen. Wirst aber nicht drum herum kommen mehr oder weniger jedes größere Template zu editieren.

du musst halt die ganzen table width nach deinen Wünschen ändern (zB oben rot)
in der home.html ist eigentlich nur der gelbe Teil der dynamische Content. das rüber und drunter ist auf jeder seite gleich und könnten in den heder und footer verschwinden, wenn es denn auf jeder seite so sein soll.
Die Sachen in den { } sind deine Templates mit denen du beliebig rumbauen kannst. Bisschen rumprobieren und experimentieren hilft da weiter.
